Fin was born and raised in Sydney and established his own architectural practice in 2006 after working in several different Architectural offices. He also worked previously as a Design Manager for retail landlords AMP Capital and Colonial First State, as well as Shanghai based property developer SPG land.
Having built a successful practice in the Sydney metropolitan area the core of our work continues to be there. Fin splits his time between Sydney and Byron Bay but predominantly services Sydney clients. Fin is in Sydney to see clients on site at least every second week.
Architect Fin specialise in the renovation of older style terraces, semi-detached houses and free-standing dwellings to create contemporary living environments that complement existing heritage characteristics.
We also design new houses, apartments and commercial projects, and all of our services are tailored to meet client’s individual needs. We believe in functional, buildable design solutions that are also a pleasure to experience.
In 2013 Fin and his wife Anna moved to Byron Bay and have a young family there. We love the beach culture of Byron but also enjoy the urban experience of working projects in Sydney.
City projects are the core of what we do and we are particularly experienced in preparing DA’s for projects in The City of Sydney, Woollahra Council, Waverley Council, Randwick Council, Inner West Council, North Sydney Council, Willoughby Council, Mosman Council, Bayside Council and The Northern Beaches Council
Architect Fin have extensive experience with new houses and alterations and additions in Sydney – particularly the inner city suburbs of Paddington, Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, Erskineville, Camperdown, East Sydney, Darlinghurst and Potts Point. We have also completed numerous projects in surrounding suburbs including Woollahra, Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Bronte, Coogee, Randwick, Leichhardt, Lilyfield, Balmain, Birchgrove, North Sydney, Crows Nest, Artarmon, Cammeray, Willoughby, Mosman and Collaroy.
