We took this apartment from a dark and dated state to a bright and vibrant interior with new layout, floors, ceilings, lighting, bathroom and kitchen.
The main focus of the project was to retain the existing art-deco character of the apartment including decorative architraves, picture rails and skirtings, while introducing the new kitchen and bathroom in a minimal manner.
